1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Xigox computer and laptop repair services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all services provided by Xigox in Mumbai and surrounding areas.

2. Service Scope

Xigox provides professional computer and laptop repair services including but not limited to:

• Hardware repairs and replacements
• Software installation and troubleshooting
• Data recovery services
• Virus and malware removal
• Screen and component replacements
• Hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, etc.)

3. Warranty Terms

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs and parts replaced, subject to the following conditions:

• Warranty covers workmanship and parts defects only
• Does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse
• Original repair invoice must be presented for warranty claims
• Warranty void if device is opened or repaired elsewhere
• Data backup is customer's responsibility; we are not liable for data loss

4. Service Estimates and Charges

Our inspection fee is ₹350. If you proceed with the repair, this amount will be adjusted in the total repair cost. If the laptop is not repairable or you decide not to continue with the repair, the ₹350 fee will still apply for the technician’s inspection. You will be informed of:

• Expected repair costs (parts and labor)
• Estimated completion time
• Any additional charges that may apply

We will not proceed with repairs without your authorization. If additional issues are discovered during repair, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Cards
• UPI Payments
• Online Bank Transfers

Devices will not be released until full payment is received. Advance payment may be required for special orders or expensive parts.

6. Data and Security

While we take precautions to protect your data during repairs, we strongly recommend backing up all important data before service. Xigox is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We respect your privacy and will not access personal files unless necessary for the repair.

7. Device Collection

Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notification. After 30 days, a storage fee may apply. Unclaimed devices after 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before disposal.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or software
• Consequential damages or business losses
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed
• Issues arising from software incompatibilities

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a service request before work begins at no charge. If work has started:

• Before Parts Installation: Labor costs for work completed + diagnostic fees
• After Parts Installation: Full repair cost (parts cannot be returned once installed)
• Parts Orders: Special-order parts cannot be cancelled once ordered

Refund Policy: If we cannot successfully complete a repair, you will receive a full refund of payment made. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

10. Service Guarantee

We guarantee our services with the following commitments:

• Quality Work: All repairs performed by certified technicians
• Genuine Parts: 100% authentic parts with manufacturer warranty
• 90-Day Warranty: Comprehensive warranty on all repairs and parts
• Free Re-Service: If the same issue recurs within warranty period
• Customer Satisfaction: We'll make it right if you're not satisfied

11. Diagnostic Services

Inspection & estimate policy:

• Complete device inspection and testing
• Detailed explanation of issues found
• Written cost estimate for repairs
• Professional recommendations

Our inspection fee is ₹350. If you proceed with the repair, this amount will be adjusted in the total repair cost. If you decide not to continue or the device is not repairable, the ₹350 fee still applies.

12. Abandoned Devices

Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of completion notification:

• 0-30 days: Free storage, device ready for pickup
• 31-60 days: ₹100/day storage fee applies
• 61-90 days: Final notice sent, ₹150/day storage fee
• After 90 days: Device may be disposed of or sold to recover costs

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any disposal action. Storage fees must be paid before device release.

13. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate device information and problem description
• Backup important data before service (we recommend always having backups)
• Remove passwords, PINs, or security locks when possible
• Disclose any previous repairs or modifications
• Provide valid contact information for service updates
• Collect device within 30 days of completion notification
• Pay in full upon service completion

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Xigox or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

15. Dispute Resolution

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have a complaint or dispute:

1. Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
2. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
3. We'll work together to find a mutually acceptable solution
4. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation before legal action

16. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
